Steve Tentindo - Steve Tentindo serves as Chameleon Group's Chairman and Founder.  Mr. Tentindo is responsible for the strategic direction and development of Chameleon Group.  Before founding the Chameleon Group in February 2002, Mr. Tentindo was the former Vice President of Sales Support for Avaya where he was responsible for the development and implementation of the National Inside Sales organization achieving revenue expectations of $190 million.  His organization at Avaya supported Direct and Indirect Enterprise business, including, but not limited to, lead generation, marketing campaign response/follow up, forecasting and closing new and expanded business (including the Federal Government and Service Provider markets).  He brings a unique combination of strategic insight and senior-level sales operations experience.
